Successfully completed the work of indoor installation of Electronic Interlocking System at different stations of South Central Railway, Central Railway, and South Western Railway.

The execution of works invloved are EI equipment erection and wiring to relay Railway Wiring up to CT Racks, Indoor and Outdoor Earthing, Lightening Surge protection arrangement and Simulation wiring, along with Optional works of Full/Main IPS Power rack Installationn and wiring, Lead Acid Battery Charging and discharging Three Cycles, VRLA Battery Installation and Wiring, Fuse Alarms Installation wiring, Fire Alarm Installation and wiring, Block/UFSBI Installation and wiring, Couch Handle Installation & Wiring, Diesel Generator I&C, SS DAC ( Axle Couch Installation wiring and MS DAC Installation and Wiring.

A set of electronic interlocking logic bays installed at the base stations are connected to electronic terminals installed at each interlocking station by means of a fail-safe transmission circuit, allowing centralized control of the entire section.The simple system configuration, including the lack of need for interlocking logic bays to be installed at each station, makes this an economical system with good maintainability.

Setup features includes Communciation and interfaces, Safety, Additional features such as direct lamp driving, direct input readi8ng, extensive fault diagnostics and data aanalytics.The complete setup invloves the combination of counter box to record emergency cancellation done manually, yard signalling control room setup at station with PC based VDU and Lightning Arrester ESE Type.
